Principal dancers of CWB guested in a performance at California State University, Stanislaus at the end of May. The university's Dance for the Stage class presented its end-of-semester culmination show. Principal dancer Nicole Firpo took the class during her first year at CSUS and was invited by instructor Kitsy Olson to choreograph a ballet piece for the show, this being Nicole's third time participating. Ms. Firpo's piece entitled, A Gershwin Medley, was danced by Nicole Firpo, Alyssa Milano, Lindsay Weddle, Joseph Adkins, and Zachary Prentice. Her piece brought an exciting feel to the show, and gave many audience members a taste of ballet for the first time.
